    CMO - Chief Military Officer

    Oleksandr is a Ukrainian Army officer with a long record of service in some of the country’s most challenging combat environments. He has held key leadership roles as Deputy Commander of the 144th Separate Infantry Brigade and the 67th Separate Mechanized Brigade, as well as senior positions in the Special Operations Forces.

    His career reflects a combination of operational command, strategic planning, and security management, making him one of the most experienced officers bridging conventional and special forces in Ukraine. Beyond the battlefield, Oleksandr has been active as an educator and mentor, training personnel and coordinating staff operations at the highest levels of the Armed Forces.

    CTO – Chief Technology Officer

    Marat is one of Ukraine’s leading defense innovators and the founder of Military Unit A2724, a groundbreaking unit that transformed the way Ukraine conducts modern warfare. He is one of the chief architects behind DELTA, the digital situational awareness ecosystem that has become the Ukrainian army’s “digital weapon,” widely recognized and adopted by NATO partners.

    Under his leadership, DELTA was integrated into Ukraine’s defense at scale, proving indispensable in key operations such as the defense of Kyiv, Kharkiv, Kherson, the liberation of Zmiinyi Island, and the sinking of the cruiser Moskva. Today, Marat heads the Innovation Center of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, driving projects that include AI-based detection platforms, drone integration protocols, and cyber-defense systems.

    Respected by allies and feared by adversaries, Marat’s work continues to redefine Ukraine’s place in the global defense innovation landscape.

  • Iryna

    CIO – Chief International Officer

    Iryna is a women’s rights activist, humanitarian leader, and public speaker who has dedicated her career to advocacy, rehabilitation, and international cooperation. Formerly CEO of White Ribbon Ukraine — part of the global campaign against domestic violence active in 96 countries — she has worked at the intersection of human rights, government relations, and social innovation.

    Since the start of the full-scale invasion, Iryna has organized rehabilitation groups for refugees and victims of war crimes, coordinated OSINT research for the U.S. Congress on child abductions, and initiated international conferences on veteran policies between Kyiv and Washington. She also sits on the advisory board of Valicor US, contributing to the development of AI-driven healthtech solutions for PTSD and psychological resilience.

    With experience spanning government lobbying in Ukraine, the US, and Europe, as well as leadership in media and international campaigns, Iryna continues to amplify Ukraine’s voice on the global stage, advocating for those most affected by war.

    DSR (Director of Scientific & Research)

    Volodymyr is a Ukrainian innovator and strategist whose career bridges the fields of natural resources, advanced technology, and national defense. With decades of experience in projects spanning gold, coal, and salt mining, he has contributed to the development of Ukraine’s industrial and technological base.

    As an Advisor to the Head of the Center for Defense Technologies, Volodymyr plays a key role in advancing cutting-edge military innovations and supporting Ukraine’s integration into the international defense ecosystem. His portfolio includes over 40 patents, most of them in defense and dual-use technologies, reflecting his determination to turn bold ideas into practical solutions.

    Volodymyr is not only an inventor but also a thought leader and bridge-builder, engaged in cross-border dialogues on innovation and security. His work reflects a unique combination of scientific rigor, creativity, and strategic vision in service of Ukraine’s future.

  • Denis

    CCO – Chief Communications Officer

    Denys is a strategic communications and information warfare expert, neurologist, and prolific political consultant whose career spans medicine, politics, defense, and academia. After the Russian invasion in 2022, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine, serving in Psychological Operations and the General Staff, rising from soldier to lieutenant in just two years. Today he teaches military psychology and communications as an instructor officer at Taras Shevchenko National University.

    Denys has been a driving force in Ukrainian political communications since the late 1990s. As President of Bohush Communications Agency and the Association of Political Consultants of Ukraine, he has led dozens of election campaigns, including those of Viktor Yushchenko and Petro Poroshenko. His book “10 Secrets of Political Campaigns” remains a cornerstone for strategists across Eastern Europe.

    Internationally, he is recognized for his research on propaganda and hybrid warfare, including Victory Matrix of Ukraine and analyses for GLOBSEC. A frequent speaker at NATO, GLOBSEC, and international defense forums, Denys is a respected voice shaping the global conversation on information security and democratic resilience.

    CEO – Chief Executive Officer

    Artem is a Ukrainian entrepreneur and visionary strategist, founder of multiple companies and initiatives at the intersection of technology, defense, and crisis resilience. Since 2011, he has led iSKY.SOLUTIONS, an IT company delivering automation, IoT, and Big Data solutions for global clients such as Canal+, UNICEF, and the Ministry of Education of Ukraine.

    In response to the 2022 invasion, Artem launched the UA Anti-Crisis NGO, which provided more than 1000 hours of consulting and developed 70+ resilience programs for Ukrainian businesses. He also served as Managing Partner of STEEL 40, Promindustry Holding, CTO of the “Eyes of the Army” Foundation, and co-founder of Wings for Ukraine and DEUS Hub, contributing to both business recovery and defense innovation.

    Today, Artem is co-founder of BlackBird Technologies, a cluster of electronics and software developers advancing industrial automation and defense tech, and CEO of WOLVES DEFENCE, a communication platform uniting Ukraine’s defense startups with global partners. His work reflects a commitment to building ecosystems that thrive in times of uncertainty and shape Ukraine’s innovation-driven future.
